2015 - Property Photography SMEA Palma based Property Photography SME Business with a Network of 1000+ photographers wanted to bring a new 3D technology to the UK Property Market. WORTH Marketing were brought in to identify and understand the product and proposition, and design marketing collateral and messaging. By analysing existing resources, we were able to collaborate an initial contact list for targeting and successfully delivered an e-mail campaign with focused calling to follow.

2015 - Corporate Chauffeur Start-upA West Sussex based Corporate Chauffeur company had recently undergone a merger and investment. The company were experiencing identity issues and consequently no marketing efforts incorporated into their business model. Being operator led, WORTH Marketing were introduced to advise on corporate identity, structuring of marketing and sales processes, customised messaging designed for corporate targets, and existing resources exploited to provide a good basis for outbound communications (Number of e-mail addresses increased by 4,142.6%).

2015 - Events Social Network Start-upA London based Professional social network with over 8000 registered users, wanted to extend their events division to Corporates in London with the view to expand nationwide. WORTH Marketing came aboard to develop corporate messaging and test the unproven market, hoping to develop some early wins. Due to the nature of venturing into new markets entirely, we suggested a considered approach that focused on keeping costs low and constant monitoring on prospect feedback. An e-mail campaign was developed, initial data identified and built, and targeted calling executed to understand and identify opportunities in the new market.

2013 - 2015 UK & EMEA Business Development (Software)
Working for an emerging Requirements Definition and Management software company based out of Canada, Matt Worth was responsible for identifying and exploring opportunities in UK & EMEA with a focus on £10bn+ turnover organisations within the Financial Services Industry. Working from home whilst connecting and communicating effectively to co-ordinate three Sales Directors from initial opportunity discovery through to pipeline.
2010 - 2013 Enterprise Inside Sales (Telecommunications)
Working for one of the UK's Top Telecommunications organisations through an Oxfordshire based Marketing Agency, he became the central Enterprise B2B contact and co-ordinated opportunities for over five Salespeople across the Public Sector, Finance, Manufacturing, Services, Transport and Utilities industries.
This campaign allowed a long term nurturing program to be initiated and in just over two years Matt personally achieved 300+ face to face meetings for the client. He often came up with a number of outside-the-box concepts for "stand-out" marketing messaging and was part of a small team that dreamed up the following video for "Flexible Working" whilst playing on the London Olympics theme.

2010 - 2013 Business Intelligence (Marketing Agency)
In addition to working on a Telecommunications campaign, Matt worked with a variety of software clients from print solutions, to online help portals. Role and responsibilities included identifying target companies, researching and nurturing contacts, developing and chasing e-mails and calling to create opportunities for the relevant Sales team.
2009 - 2014 Managing Director (Music Events Management & Social Network)Alongside full time employment, Matt created a social network designed to provide structure to the music industry to facilitate the growth and expertise of the musician. With a lack of funds, he taught himself how to code and create the website, set-up a trading business, facilitated, co-ordinated and marketed successful music events in conjunction with local town authorities and venues in addition to partnering with other organisations to provide entertainment from across the UK.

2008 - 2010 Telemarketing (Marketing Agency)
Duties included market research, administration, building strong business relationships with clients, speaking to key decision makers about their IT and business needs, lead generation and web based research.
Undertaking marketing campaigns for blue chip IT clients, and executing them with a professional high standard meant Matt was required to present to clients and reporting back on campaigns with suggested improvements. He was often chosen to undertake and develop campaigns from single point of output into larger projects, and always hit the targets set.
